A Bit About Mathew

By trade, Mat is a skilled and experienced carpenter. He has over 20 years of experience working within the construction industry across Victoria, Queensland and the Northern Territory.


Mat has over 11 years of local experience in the Northern Territory and has been a valued member of the AJP Operations Team since its inception in July 2017.


As the Operations Supervisor (Projects and Logistics), Mat has a proven track record of successfully leading, supervising and motivating teams to ensure strong workplace performance, optimal productivity and high-quality service delivery.


Mat holds:

  • Certificate II in Construction

  • Certificate III in Construction (Formwork, Framing and Finishing)

  • Elevating Work Platform – High Risk Work (EWP Licence)

  • Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC)

  • Defence Common Access Card (DCAC)

  • First Aid

  • OCHRE Card

Mat has also recently achieved the Electrical Safety Testing of Electrical Cord Connected Equipment and Cord Assemblies Skill Set through Charles Darwin University.
